The viewing angle in a plasma TV will be better than the LCD TV. This is because they extend a long way in both sides. For most plasma TV, a low response time is considered better. A higher response time may create a lot of problems including the blurring of fast-moving images. When you check the features of a plasma TV, you should check whether they have a HD or high-definition resolution.

The native resolution of the plasma TV should be checked in order to know whether it is really offering the feature of HD or not. By native resolution, one refers to the total number of pixels which can fit the screen. With true HD, you will have 1920x1080 pixels. This is also known as full HD. Some of the other options that you have in HD include 1366x768 and 120x720. Although it is difficult for a layman to distinguish between the different resolutions, but if you do your own research before buying the plasma TV, you will find that all the reviews suggest that you have 1920x1080 pixels. You should not opt for high definition TV, unless you have a HD broadcast or a Blueray player. All these will complement the high definition of your plasma TV.
